Greenwood showcases a 40-year construction span: classic 1920s-1930s Craftsman bungalows with cedar lap siding and extensive decorative trim along residential streets between 75th and 85th, substantial 1950s-1960s mid-century ramblers built during the post-war boom—often with fir or hemlock siding and minimal eave overhangs—and scattered contemporary infill from the 1990s-2000s. Masonite and similar hardboard siding is the defining Greenwood repair.
