Our Work
These photos show completed projects throughout the Seattle area. From dry rot repair and trim replacement to full siding installations, every project receives the same attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Dry Rot Repair
Dry rot damage often appears at corners, window trim, and fascia boards where moisture collects. These projects show typical repair work: removing damaged wood, treating the area, and installing new trim or siding to match the existing exterior.
Most dry rot repairs take half a day to complete. Catching rot early prevents it from spreading to structural framing.
See something like this on your house?
Soft trim, a dark seam under a window, paint lifting off fascia — describe it on the phone and we will tell you how deep it usually goes.

Siding Installation
Full siding replacements involve removing old material, inspecting and repairing sheathing, installing a moisture barrier, and fitting new siding. We work with James Hardie fiber cement, Western Red Cedar, and LP SmartSide engineered wood.
Each material has specific installation requirements. Proper flashing, corner details, and trim work ensure the siding performs well in our wet climate.
Trim and Exterior Repair
Exterior trim takes constant exposure to rain and moisture. These projects show corner boards, window trim, and fascia replacement. We match existing profiles and finishes so repairs blend seamlessly with the rest of the home.
