Terms of Service
Last updated September 9, 2026 · Governed by Washington State law
These terms of service govern your use of the Seattle Trim Repair website and the services we provide. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Seattle Trim Repair. By using this website or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.seattletrimrepair.com or submitting a request for a free estimate, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our website.
Services Described
We provide exterior trim repair, siding repair, dry rot repair, and siding installation services to residential properties in the Seattle area and surrounding communities.
This website is informational. It is designed to help you learn about our services, view examples of our work, and request a free estimate. The content on this site does not constitute a binding agreement to perform work or a guarantee of specific results.
Free Estimates
We offer free, no-obligation estimates for siding and trim repair projects. An estimate is not a binding contract. It is an assessment of the work we expect to perform based on the visible condition of your property at the time of the visit.
A written scope of work and signed agreement are required before any repair work begins. The estimate becomes a binding agreement only when both parties sign a written contract that specifies the scope, timeline, and cost.
Scope Changes and Hidden Damage
Exterior trim and siding repair often involves uncovering hidden damage that is not visible until old materials are removed. Dry rot, structural damage, or code compliance issues discovered during the course of work may require additional repairs beyond the original estimate.
When we discover hidden damage, we will stop work, document the issue, and provide a revised written quote before continuing. You are not obligated to approve additional work, but we cannot complete the original scope safely or to code without addressing underlying structural issues.
This is a normal part of repair work on older homes. We make every effort to identify potential hidden issues during the estimate, but some damage cannot be seen until demolition begins.
Promotional Offer Terms
We occasionally offer promotional discounts, such as $200 off any siding or trim repair project over $2,500. To qualify for a promotional offer, you must mention the offer when you request your estimate.
Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to estimates already provided or work already completed. Offers are valid only for the time period specified and cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time without notice.

Worried about what a repair might uncover?
Hidden rot behind old siding is normal on older homes. Ask how we document it and re-quote before continuing — nothing extra happens without your sign-off.
